If a deposit or withdrawal fails, turok performs an automatic review. Here is what typically happens:

  • Deposit fails: Your money returns to your payment method (DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, bank account, etc.) within 1–3 business days. Your turok account balance is not affected.
  • Withdrawal fails: If your withdrawal to local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, or local payment is declined, we will contact you to verify your bank details or flag any compliance issue. You can resubmit the withdrawal request.

To reset your password on turok:
